We pride ourselves on providing high-tech medical treatment with a tender touch.

From our first day of operation until today, we are proud to say that our mission has always remained the same: Your Health Is Our First Priority!

We offer both opportunities and can be flexible to meet the physician or provider’s needs. Specialties currently employed include: Aesthetics, Behavioral Health, Clinical Nutrition, Family Practice, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Interventional Pain, Nephrology, Minor Care, Podiatry, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Urology, and Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Services as well as several physician assistants and nurse practitioners.

For, current practice opportunities, please see the Current Opportunities section below. We determine our needs through annual strategic planning and constant analysis of community need. As a small, flexible organization, we can react quickly to newly identified needs.

Typically, the process for a Washington medical license takes about three months. Our credentialing specialist will assist the physician/provider with the application and monitor the process, keeping in close contact. For more information, you can visit the Washington State Department of Health website and select Licensing/Certification. Select your specialty to view specific licensing information.

Because our community borders the state of Idaho, the physician/provider may also need to apply for licensure in Idaho if he/she will be needing privileges at the nearby Idaho hospital. This is typical if the physician will be providing any services in the Idaho facility.

Once our recruiter has received your CV, they will review your qualifications and experience and contact you to discuss the opportunity in more detail. At that point, if both parties agree that the opportunity merits more exploration, then the recruiter will set up a phone interview with one or more hospital leaders. If there is still interest on both sides, the next step would be to plan for a tour/visit to meet with the appropriate administrators and physicians and to explore our community. We encourage the physician/provider’s spouse to accompany him/her on this visit.

We base our physician/provider salaries on the Medical Group Management Data. Competitive compensation packages are based on skills and experience.
