Admission Process
Tri-State Infectious Disease, HIV & Travel Clinic accepts new patient referrals from primary care and specialist providers. You may be referred to Tri-State Infectious Disease for reasons such as:
• Infection is difficult to diagnose
• Infection does not respond to treatment
• Infection requires specialized treatment
Once your primary care or specialty provider has referred you to Tri-State Infectious Disease, a new patient packet will be mailed to you for completion. Please return the completed forms in the postage-paid return envelope as soon as possible so we can complete your admission process quickly.
Accepted Insurance
We accept most types of insurance at Tri-State Memorial Hospital & Medical Campus. If you have questions if one of our providers is "in network" for your health insurance plan, please contact your insurance company directly or you may contact one of our Patient Access Representatives at 509.254.2716.

Health Programs
Tri-State Infectious Disease, HIV and Travel Clinic participates in the Early Intervention Program (EIP) and AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) offered through the Washington State Department of Health. These programs provide assistance to eligible individuals with HIV to receive medical care and support to improve their health.
